为了降低套筒成本,方便现场施工,在前期试验的基础上,设计制作了一组小型化钢制套筒,完成了31个小型化套筒灌浆连接件的拉拔试验,并基于Mises屈服准则对筒壁应力的实测值与计算值进行了对比.结果表明:当钢筋锚固长度为1.0la(la为套筒灌浆钢筋计算锚固长度)时,除一个试件滑丝外,18个试件均为接头外钢筋拉断破坏,且抗拉强度均大于连接钢筋抗拉强度标准值; 当钢筋锚固长度为0.6la时,除一个试件钢筋拉断外,11个试件均为钢筋拔出破坏,且残余承载力约为试件极限承载力的1/2; 筒壁应力的实测值与计算值吻合较好,建立的筒壁应力计算式可以为灌浆套筒设计提供参考.

In order to reduce the size and cost of the grouted sleeve, and provide convenience for site construction, a set of miniaturized grouted sleeves were designed at the basis of the previous experimental study. The direct tensile load test of 31 miniaturized grouted sleeve splices were completed, and the measured values of the wall stress were compared with the calculated values based on the Mises yield criterion. The results show that when the anchorage length is 1.0la(la is the calculated anchorage length of steel bar in the grouted sleeve), the 18 specimens are steel bar rupture failure outside the joint in addition to a specimen slip screw, and the tensile strength is greater than specified tensile strength of the splice bar. For the specimens of anchorage length is 0.6la, the 11 specimens are pullout failure in addition to a specimen is steel bar rupture, and the residual bearing capacity can reach about half of the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens. The calculated values of the sleeve wall stress based on the Mises yield criterion are in good agreement with the measured values, and the calculation formula of the sleeve wall stress can be used as a reference for the design of the grouted sleeve splice.
