采用丙烯酸与聚乙二醇磷酸酯进行酯化后得到含有磷酸基团的酯化产物,再与乙二醇单乙烯基聚乙二醇醚在氧化还原体系下共聚制备磷酸盐型聚羧酸减水剂(PCE-P).采用红外光谱(FTIR)、凝胶色谱(GPC)对减水剂进行结构表征,并进行表面张力测试、总有机碳(TOC)测试以及混凝土实验,结果表明:合成的磷酸盐型聚羧酸减水剂对黏土具有较好的耐受性,能降低混凝土的黏度.
The phosphate polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer(PCE-P)was prepared by esterification of acrylic acid with polyethylene glycol phosphate ester to get the product containing phosphate group, and then copolymerized with ethylene glycol monovinyl polyethylene glycol ether in oxidation-reduction system. The structure of the superplasticizer was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and gel chromatography(GPC), and the surface tension, total organic carbon(TOC)test and concrete experiment were carried out. The results showed that the phosphate type polycarboxylate superplasticizer had good resistance to clay and could reduce the viscosity of concrete.
