摘要:
再生水项目引入ABS融资可以有效解决其建设资金不足的问题,但采用新方法的同时也面临着来自各方的风险.在介绍了再生水项目ABS融资相关理论的基础上,建立风险评价指标体系,并引入熵度量法,结合实例,对再生水项目ABS融资的风险进行系统评价,为项目参与主体提供一个科学的风险管理框架,促进再生水行业的有效融资.
Abstract:
The reclaimed water reuse project using ABS financing helps solve the problem of shortage construction funds effectively. However, adopting new methods is faced with various risks. Based on the introduction of related theory about ABS financing in reclaimed water reuse project, the paper establishes the risk evaluation index system and introduces entropy measurement method. It evaluates the risk for an engineering example. Moreover, is also provides a scientific risk management framework for project partners and realize the effective financing of reclaimed water industry
