摘要:
以家庭生命周期为切入点,比较分析我国城市家庭生命周期的特征与居住需求变化,解析家庭人口复合状态的演变和特点.发现人口复合状态家庭中出现了从“人”到“家”的居住需求转变,由此产生了“空间溢出”现象,反映出家庭人口结构变化与功能空间的矛盾,指出矛盾产生的根源是住宅空间与居住功能之间的过分对应.尝试提出以“合”为前提下适当的“分”,即“和合而居”的“家中家”居住空间模式.
Abstract:
With the family life cycle as the breakthrough point, the author analyses comparatively both the characteristics of family life cycle and changes of residential demand in city family, and its evolution, as well as the characteristics of a composite family. The writer discovers the change from individuals to families in compound families and creates a situation of "space overflow". This situation reflects the conflict between the changes of population of the family and the functional space, which indicates the reason of the conflict is the over correspondence between the two factors. Therefore, this paper proposes to live "separately" in a "together" condition, i.e. to live together as different families in a house.
