摘要:
扶风旅游文化产业新区是县城区与法门寺文化景区空间联系的重要区域与功能纽带,步行网络系统设计是旅游城市综合交通规划的核心内容.笔者依据研究背景,结合交通与规划设计的理念和角度,坚持可持续发展战略,坚持以人为本,研究了文化新区空间规划布局,并系统设置了步行网络系统,综合考虑用地性质条件、个体特性,规划区地域特性等因素,选用hanson 提出的潜力模型分析方法研究文化新区步行网络系统的可达性,用以完善并优化城市交通网络系统规划,达到优化城市资源配置、缓解城区交通拥堵的目的.
Abstract:
As a regional and functional link between the county town and Famen Cultural Scenic Area, the design of the pedestrian’s network proves to be central to Fufeng Tourism and Cultural Industries New Area. The space layout of the area was researched based on the background information acquired in accordance with configuration of traffic with sustainable development. Furthermore, a pedestrian’s walking network system was designed taking into account the geological as well as its regional conditions. The potential model analysis method proposed by Hanson was adopted to probe into the accessibility on foot of the network of the area in the hope of perfecting its urban planning of its traffic system, its resource allocation, and relieving its urban traffic congestion.
