摘要:
从信息系统管理的视角出发, 构建了能耗监测管理的系统平台, 并以西安市工程交易中心为例, 对能
耗情况进行了统计分析.基于此, 研究分析了能耗监测系统的构架体系, 从信息管理系统视角提出了未来大型
公共建筑物的能耗和节能管理途径和措施, 形成了基于信息化管理的建筑节能管理模式.
Abstract:
This paper is ba sed on info rmatio n sy stem manag ement per spective , de signing an energ y co nsumption management
system .By taking Xi′an pro ject transaction center as an e xample , w e analy zed its energ y consumptio n.Further , w e
e xplo red the new mode o f energ y-saving manag ement-based ene rgy co nsumption sy stem .This study w ill pro vide new perspective
and ideas fo r China country’ s ene rgy-saving theo ry and practicce for rela tive g ove rnmental institutions .
