摘要:
为了寻找一种与大规模定制住宅开发相匹配的设计方法,将模块化原理与居住空间的功能特征相结合,提出了一种基于功能分析和模块聚类的空间模块化设计方法.通过分析研究得出如下结论:居住空间的模块化设计可以在功能分析和模块的相关度分析的基础上,运用设计结构矩阵DSM的方法进行模块聚类,进而实现以LDK为基型模块的系列化设计.
Abstract:
In order to find a design method to match the residential development of mass customization, modular principle and function characteristics of living space were combined, and a kind of space module design method was put forward based on function analysis and clustering module. Through analysis and research, the following conclusion is draw n: the modular design of residential space can be on the basis of analysis of the relationship between the functional analysis and the module, using DSM method to cluster the modules, so as to realize series design based on LDK as the base module
