聚焦于小学生社会关系的城市既有空间更新研究,以西安钟楼小学和五味十字小学的小学生为研究对象,对其放学行为路径和滞留节点进行调研,建构小学生与场地里居民、经营者、管理者等关联主体的社会关系,结合空间环境改造需求,以小学生活动频繁的三个场地作为研究实证,提出空间更新的改造契机、效应及分期策略,尝试在建立健康的小学生课后游憩体系的同时完善对旧城空间的整合与更新,切实达成人文关怀在城市改造中的积极作用,为转型背景下的城市旧区更新研究提供了值得借鉴的新视角和新方法.

This paper studies the urban existing space renewal of social relations. Taking the pupils of Xi'an Bell Tower and Wuwei cross primary school as the research object, it records and samples the behavioral path and retention node after school,and integrates the social network relationship between the pupils and the residents, vendors, managers and other related groups in the field. Based on the needs of space environment reconstruction, a pupils dominated social relations model is constructed between abstract social structure and concrete material entity. This paper takes the three sites with frequent activities of pupils as research evidence, and puts forward the transformation opportunity, effect and staging strategy of space renewal. It tries to improve the integration and renewal of old city space while establishing a healthy school-home recreation system for pupils at the same time,reaches the positive role of the humanistic care in the urban reconstruction,and provides a new perspective and a new method for the study of urban renewal under the background of transformation.
