摘要:
基于因果关系理论、协整理论和误差修正模型,对我国人力资源配置与各相关宏观因素的关系建立了系统控制模型, 并进行了实证研究,揭示了我国人力资源配置效率的内在规律及其与各宏观经济因素之间的系统作用关系,对现阶段提高我国人力资源配置效率具有一定的积极和现实意义.
Abstract:
In this paper, an empirical study is performed of the relationships between human resources allocation and macro-economic factors in China by using the causality theory, co-integration theory and error correction model. The empirical research results reveal the inherent law between human resources allocation and macro-economic factors with the development of China, which can provide some certain positive significance to solve the human resources allocation optimization and employment problem in China.
